Inexpensive DIY Centerpieces

My daughter, Emily, found this idea from a blog named 'The Colorful Living Project'. A big thanks to them for such a GREAT idea!!!
The first step is the funnest!!! Drink six sodas all by yourself in 10 minutes! J/K! :-D
Take outside to spray.
You will thank me later on the "secret weapon", because I wasted a lot of time experimenting with all the wrong and time-consuming stuff first.

Idea #1: SPRING/SUMMER
Idea #2: FALL
We're making these for an upcoming church leadership meeting. Thus, the tags...
But you could also do something like this below:
I got the tags at Staples.

Happy Fall! : )

If I drank 6 sodas in ONE day, well, I would be bouncing off the wall. No thanks. :)

  15. I have one that I painted this summer, but never thought to do a whole pack of them. So cute!! Did you paint them on the outside? I did the whole "pour the paint inside and wiggle the bottle" thing. Not fun. Yours look great!
    Thanks for the idea.
    Blessings,

I'm so tired and feeling a bit blue today. Can't find my happy hat but I knew I could count on this happy little blog to uplift me.
Just missing my little Misha and my parents for some reason.

  20. This is such a good idea...Are the real soda bottles hard to find? I can't remember seeing glass bottles for a while. Great idea to paint the little carrier too. Hope all is well with you. I am dreadfully behind visiting blogs. Thanks for your patience!
