Thanksgiving Quilt

I realized I'm running out of time (season wise) to show off this quilt each of us, in my quilt group, made a few years back. It was so fun. Every time we would meet we were suppose to have two more blocks done and then start on the next two, together that day. This is just a photo of the pattern below, by Art to Heart.
And here is my finished quilt. There's luscious flannel on the back to snuggle up with all winter.
Sweet Margie below, is the founder of our group. Thanks for all you do Margie. You look so cute in your apron. : ) You look cute too, Garth!! (Margie's FIL)
Speaking of Margie, I got to doggy-sit her little puppy, Little Bit, a while back one Friday night. She sat so sweetly in my lap for quite awhile while I worked at the computer. Then all of a sudden she got curious and wanted to explore. She left my lap, hopped up on my computer desk and sat there looking at me. : ) I thought, "How cute", as I kept trying to type. But every time I would try to look around her, she would move her head right in front of mine, as if to say, "What could possibly be more entertaining and wonderful and adorable than me?" It didn't take long for me to get the hint and walk us both downstairs for some playtime. : )

Say, "Goodbye" to all my blogging friends, Little Bit. You sure are a cutie. : )

  6. Yea, Littlebit is darling! I love your quilt. They are the best to snuggle up with on a cold day. One of these days I'm going to start quilting. Maybe when a few kids move out. :-)
