As soon as I saw the title of your post on my sidebar's blog list, I had to click over. I'm a big lover of "paper" . . . all kinds of paper . . . anything made with paper . . . and that card is ADORABLE. I can see why you had fun making it! Thanks for sharing {hmmm, shame it's not my b'day! hehe}
Something tells me you got an awesome amount of pleasure & satisfaction creating this wonderful card!! I hope it's going to a very appreciative recipient!!! :) TFS
oh man, I haven't made a card in ages...all those stamping up supplies are just sitting in the office collecting dust...you card is super cute too, I LOVE all those flowers on the front!
So cute! Did you hand write the part that says "'Who's' having a birthday?"? Because it looks SO much like my dad's handwriting! And I thought since you are siblings that you could have similar handwriting.
P.S. Thanks for posting about the cute skeleton project for the kids! I wanted to do it with Miles but ran out of time, but my mom saw it on your blog too and had the grand kids do it, so Miles still got to make one!! :)
Hi Mary-Lou, Gotta love buttons, can't get enough . . even my dog is named "Buttons". Love the birthday card, the buttons on the flowers . . cute idea. Still hoping you post more wedding pics . . Have a good Wednesday! Sandy:O)
Looks like you are having great fun re-discovering you paper crafting. I think sometime putting things aside (or having to-in the case of the wedding)makes you even more creative. There is a little fire burning that quickly ignites when given the chance.
Love, love the skeleton cards. What a cute idea.
What a cute card. Whomever receives that will be delighted.
Such a cute card!! I have just bought paper to try my hand at making them for blog friends this season. You have some great ideas here! Thanks for sharing. Elizabeth
You and I are on the same page (card...smile) this month. I am hosting a "GOODIES PAPER PARADE" that is fun for all as a little November give away. It is all about paper and envelopes flying through the air to bloggers homes full of fun paper goodies. Come play along if you have time. Miss you but happy to know you are content at play.
