Hi M.L.
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving sweetie. I so love your Wednesdays with Mom. They are always so precious. I loved your photos today, and especially the bracelet. Did she get it? It was so pretty. I love those types of bracelets. Which pair of new shoes did she buy? The black ones or the suede looking ones?
Have a beautiful day tomorrow with the family. Please stop by and say hi. I so love to have you visit.
Country hugs...Sherry

Happy Thanksgiving! Looks like you had a great time at the mall! That picture of baby Steve cracking up is adorable.
ReplyDeleteThose bikes bring back memories of our first bikes. Great your Mom was up to going to the Mall. Hope you and your family have a great Thanksgiving.
ReplyDeleteI love the pictures of the kids! Steve looks JUST like his grandkids in those pictures! And Grandmother looks great in those pictures.
ReplyDeleteMy dad actually looks a lot like Jacob and Joanna's son Brendan as well. It's so fun seeing all those old pictures, a lot of them I've never seen before. Thanks for posting them!
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family! It is nice to see that your Mom felt like getting out a little and enjoy seeing some pretties! Her smile looks very genuine. God bless you all.
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving to you & your family, M.L.! It looks like y'all had a fun shopping spree. My favorite picture is the one of your brother & sisters laying in the grass. :)

ReplyDeleteI'm lovin all your vintage family photos. The one with everyone all smiles on the bikes is precious. Getting to shop with your Mom, that is very special. She looks like she had a great time.
ReplyDeleteHope you and your family have a lovely and blessed Thanksgiving.

I read this blog post with my big brother standing right here. We can so relate to the 'new bikes' for everyone, but NOT the two car garage! You guys were fancy schmancy. You probably were the only people with TV in your neighborhood, or maybe the first ones with a color TV set! ;)
ReplyDeleteMom looks great! Shopping at Coldwater Creek ups her 'cool factor' even more than it already was!
Happy Thanksgiving!
What a loving, happy family. I love seeing your family photos, new and old. Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving Mary Lou! your mom looks like she had such a nice time shopping, the braclet is super cute, did she end up getting it? As always I like looking at the old photos, what great memories....Have a nice holiday! Hugs and Love, Jennifer
ReplyDeletePrecious as always!
ReplyDelete(And I'm a pretzel snob, too! ha!) :0)
Old hands that have loved so many...these are precious post. Your family looks so "all American". Almost from "Leave it to Beaver" days. Charming photos. What a treasure.
ReplyDeleteI'm late here, but hope your Thanksgiving was great! I loved that bracelet at Coldwater Creek. Did your mom get it?
ReplyDeleteMary Lou
Just found you today and so enjoyed this post and so glad you shared it with all of us.
ReplyDeleteI would love to be able to enjoy a trip with my mom again but she has been gone two years now but I still miss her.

Maggie
OH ML! Your Thanksgiving scene is what I couldn't wait to see, and it was so worth the wait! Beautiful and inspiring. I created a snow white wonderland inspired by your creative style a few posts back. Excited for you to see. Cute as can be family photos. Cute hair cut from daughter, cute shoes, too. It looks like your Thanksgiving was a blessed one. Elizabeth
ReplyDeleteSuch cute photos as always! I love that second one from the top!
ReplyDeleteLooks like your mom was finding the good stuff! I've never been to a Pottery Barn store or even seen a catalog - I am so deprived! ;)
