A Sneak Peek at My New Vignette Header

Well, I'm working on a new vignette, so I can photograph it and use it for my Valentine header. As I'm sure you've noticed, I put up the silly Valentine that I bought for two of my friends this year. I thought it was so funny, especially since the three of us do a lot together and there were three girls on the front of the card.

Okay, so here's Mr. Wonderful in all his glory. I took one hundred percent of my inspiration from an amazing artist who has a beautiful Etsy shop. Her name is Cari Kraft and you can visit her shop here.
A couple of weeks ago, while at Target, I noticed this little white birdcage...and then it began. I got an idea....................you know the rest. : )

I'm telling ya, this little tag took just as long to make as Mr. Valentine. But I have a question for you. What are your thoughts about the little crown? Better with...or without? I can't decide.

Anyway, you can see where I'm headed. Can't wait to complete it. So Much Fun!!!

You truly have a gift for seasonal decorating. Well, for decorating in general but especially seasonal.

I vote for no crown. I don't have a reason. :)

Love it, love it, love it all!!! I vote to leave the crown. But I love crowns, so I might be a little prejudiced.

Wish I had 1/8th of your talent. Can you spare some? I can use all the help I can get.

You HAVE been busy crafting! I think it's cute with the crown :)

No crafting for me right now, but hopefully I'll find some time after the move.

The crown is totally cute and until you asked I didn't think twice about it. However when I considered the tag again the metal of the crown did seem to fight a bit with the metal of the keys. Either way its soooo cute!

Hi ML..thank you for your sweet comment on my banner...you have a wonderful one on your blogs also. I just love all your decorating. This year I didn't do much for VDay as we will be on a cruise. I did make homemeade valentines for a swap on a yahoo group.
