Wedding Wrap Up

Here's a photo of the cake during daylight hours.
One more cute photo from the Engagement Shoot.

I thought it would be fun to throw this photo of my dad in here. This isn't the car in the photos above, but I got a kick out of how similar they were.

The thing Sara loved most about this vintage dress was the wonderful sweetheart neckline.
Because it came with this little bolero jacket, I was able to make the bodice the way Sara wanted it in the end.

A new skirt was made, as well.
The end result, below.

What a sweetheart you are, William. This is something Sara's Grandpa would have done for her Grandmother. I'd say this marriage is off to a good start. : )

Thank you for following Sara's and my fun adventure in planning this wedding. I can't get over how supportive everyone was. I'm grateful for all the cheerleaders (and help) we had along the way. : )
*This wraps up the Wedding Posts. If you're planning a wedding and want to see all of our plans from start to finish, just go over to the right side-bar under 'Labels', click on 'Wedding Plans' and it will show every single Post starting with this one and going back to the very first one. Good luck if you're just now starting your journey. We sure loved every minute of it!

OH my goodness Mary Lou I haven't visited your blog in a little bit and I see I have missed soooo much. I must say that I got lost in the magic of Sara's wedding as I read this morning. The photos are just amazing. The happy couple looks so in love that it almost brought tears to my eyes. Sara looked absolutly beautiful--like a princess and you looked amazing as well. I loved everything about her wedding from the candy bar to the romantic lighting. I wish them so much happiness in their life together. It was fun to be captured for a bit by their dreamy day.

It was all so whimsical and beautiful and romantic, ML! I think you could have the decor ideas and wedding photos published in a magazine. That's how perfect it all is!!!!

And you are talented beyond words...that you created such a gorgeous dress by recycling parts of an old one and marrying them with new fabric!

I just loved following the wedding. It was just pure love around every corner and so unique. I like the fact you made so much of it. Her dress turned out just stunning!

Well, I'm right smack in the middle of getting my new store open. I'm just amazed at what God has done. The beautiful thing is that so many bloggers are supporting the business and sending their items out. I gave bloggers a really good commission rate because of shipping and the response has been wonderful.
It's all about cute, it's all about love and it's all about fun. I figure, with those three goals, I should have the cutest shop in the Pacific Northwest!
Thinking of you tonight with dearest affection. Night night,
Jacqueline
