Faux Flower Trick

I'm always jealous when I roam around Blogland and see everyone's fresh flowers sitting in their Mason jars. So I thought I'd cheat a little with these "silkies"...... add water ...... and pretend. : )

I have a few of these in the Shop in case you need one.
I hope you're having a good weekend!

P.S. Did you notice the changes to my Header?I couldn't leave "well enough alone"!Shocker!! :-D

Very Pretty! Nothing wrong with using faux and yours do look real. If you have to buy real ones, they are usually pretty pricey. I have very little left in the courtyard - heat is wiping them out fast.
Hope you are enjoying your weekend.

I like faux flowers, they last longer...great idea with adding water, some faux flowers look so real you can't tell the difference. I wouldn't have guessed yours were faux at all! Have a nice weekend, hugs Jennifer

Love the faux hydrangeas too - they look as good as the real ones. I like the flowery skirt they make for your Santos too!

Every time I see that header and the car it reminds me of the car our family had when I was a kid. Like your additions to the header.

Great idea! Sure makes them look more real. Wish we could grow big hedges of real hydrangeas. Too dry here in the desert! Mimi

Gorgeous faux Hydrangeas...I always feel sad when real flowers fade & die, so if faux ones are as realistic as these...why not!!

I skipped down a post, I don't remember the cat with the red shoes, but I love him. I use silk flowers in between my real flowers in my outdoor pots, no one know, the neighbors think I have this green thumb LOL!
