The Cutest Little Piece of Furniture......EVER!

The 'House of Whimsy' is expecting two sets of "Company" in April...and my faithful followers know exactly what that means:
ML's world comes to a screeching halt while she tries to get her act together and hide the fact that she has ADD and is a slob most of the time. Hee-hee! : )
"Creative Minds" and all that............

Before you're done reading this Post you WILL understand why I had to bring this little beauty home from 'Home Goods' the other day.
Look what used to be in this space. (Old photo from old Post)

I just cannot stop photographing this little beauty. She's WAY too cute!!!

So I was watching Kate & Leopold the other day, when I noticed the gorgeous round mirror in "Kate's" apartment. It reminded me of the round mirror sitting in my garage that I purchased from Goodwill last year. I've just been waiting for the perfect home for it. The rest ......as they say......is history! : )

So, this is my "Yellow, White and Blue Room" that transforms from Craft Studio to Guestroom whenever the need arises.

Wow! My Studio has really "evolved" over the years.

Below, portable closet rack for guests. : )

So now you see why the little yellow beauty HAD to come home with me... right?... I thought so! : )
M.L.
P.S. If you're just dying to see my entire Post about my Workspace/Studio go here.

Oh my gosh, I agree, that little yellow table is the cutest EVER!!! And the mirror looks perfect over it. I know exactly what you mean about cleaning like a mad woman before company comes, it's called CHAOS: Can't have anyone over syndrome. Now I can't lay claim to that, it came from The Flylady but it sure fits my house, lol. Have a great weekend, Nan

Hey pretty lady,

I'm just dying to understand why you say you have ADD when that room is spotless and beyond organized. Maybe you're thinkin' OCD instead???? Regardless, that's one cute room.

Hugs,
Meri

First, LOVE the bedding! Second, the idea of tucking the end of the bed under the craft table - genius! Holy cow! What a cool, functional space saver.

The yellow dresser is darling too!

The table and mirror are so cute there. How brilliant to put the table over the end of the bed!! Thank so much for your sweet comments and stopping by my craft room! I loved looking through your Halloween posts (one of our favourite holidays to decorate for) and have some wonderful ideas for this fall!! :)

Nice piece and the mirror works perfect with it also. The table over the end of the bed like that is a great idea.

That dresser is darling. Oh, did you already say it? Well, I had to say it as well. I LOVE it. ANd the mirror?? It was sitting in the garage just waiting for you to sit down one day and watch THAT movie too.

Isn't Homegoods the most fantastical store on the planet? I resist getting a job there weekly....it would be great to see what is 'coming' in before the general public!

Well I totally get it! Love the little yellow dresser. Perfect for that spot. I love a multitasking room. They just make sense. When I watch movies I mostly look at the background decor. Sometimes I won't remember what the movie's about but I can tell you how adorable the couch was. It's a sickness...Mimi

Of course I understand completely why that darling dresser had to come home with you!!

I am working on my craft space too. It also is a guest room which is used alot so I am trying to be a bit creative. I like how you raised the table to go over the bed. Might have to use that one!

That is indeed a very cute piece of furniture...sometimes we know something is just right! Love your pretty colors and fun photos! Enjoy your week! ♥

That little chest was made for that space in your guest/craft room!! Someone from HomeGoods needs to see your blog...you could be on a design team for them...no really, I mean it!
I hope you are feeling better. I will never, ever cruise for a variety of reasons. I once had vertigo for a week after just traveling by ferry from Nantucket to Martha's Vineyard for 4 hours on rough water. Some folks are just meant to stay on solid ground (or in the air).
I'm finally catching up after the craft show in time for Easter weekend!
Hope you have fun with your family!
Love and hugs!
