I got my inspiration from a few sites this season. One being 'Sadie Olive' and the other being 'Made With Love and Lots of Glue'. Oh, and we can't forget Martha Stewart. Thanks girls! (Like I can call M.S. "one of the girls"). ;-)
I love my little spider crawling over the O. He's new this year.
I painted these three little guys a few years back, but now they've taken on new life (ha-ha) since I put them under glass. My kids have commented on how "cool" they think it looks to display them like this. When my kids think their old Mom has done something cool, that's all the approval I need. The ghosts are staying. : )
Sorry if this is too warped for some of you. But if you have boys in your family, you'll know why Halloween has to include some stuff like this.
My candy corn lights, lit up.
Mr. Pumpkin Head, lit up.
And the VERY BEST for last... My three grandbabies make my universe go 'round. There are no earthly words to express the joy they bring into my life! Therefore, you will just have to wait to find out for yourself one day and then you'll get it. : ) I once saw a bumper sticker that read, "If I'd known how fun grandchildren were, I would have had them FIRST". Hee-hee!
Above, is my little grandson, Master S. and me, Halloween 2004.
Here is Master S. as yoda, Halloween 2006. Too adorable and cute for words!
This is Princess G., Halloween 2006. Couldn't you just eat her up? This is Princess C., Halloween 2007. That precious expression on her face reveals how sweet she is on the inside too. Nana (that's me) made the little Dorothy dress she's wearing for her Aunt Sara, when Sara was little. What a thrill to pull it out of the box and use it again. : ) And here are my wonderful, precious little cupcakes all together for Halloween last year. My two sweet little girls belong to my daughter and SIL. And my adorable little guy belongs to my son and DIL. How can I ever thank my children enough for giving me these most prized little gifts? Oh how I love being a family!!

Your Halloween decorations are awesome! You've outdone yourself, my dear! Martha Stewart would be so proud! I love that you displayed them all together and that they're sitting right next to your spooky tree. And the candy corn lights are a perfect addition.
Your grandkids are adorable!!!!
Your Halloween decorations are wonderful! I bet you can sit and stare at them for hours and never be bored - so much to see and admire.
Those are some cute grandbabies you have there. My oldest is going to be 18 so I imagine that I'll be a Nana (family tradition) within the next 10 years. By then my youngest will be 17 (almost 18) and I'll be needing a little bundle of joy to snuggle.
Your grandkids are so adorable. Loved your post and decorations!
how FUN! Love your darling decorations. :) When we ever get a house I'm paying you to come decorate it!!! (Remember what you did for our wedding?!) :) And yes, you have the best grandkids!!
