I'm in love with this little pink number my daughter, Sara, has in their apartment.
However, it didn't start out PINK!
I'm so proud of her for taking this very economical vintage find and turning it into one of the coveted pink retro radios.
She actually just spray painted it with a can of pink paint she purchased at JoAnn's.
Well done, Sara!!!
Sara's blog is mostly a fashion blog about thrift store makeovers and how to put things together. You can find her here. : )
And now for some photos of Sara's big sister's latest creations. Ha! : )
These first two pics are of little tiny Kate.
This last one is of little Nora. I'm so pleased to share that Kate is now over 5 lbs. and Nora is now over 7.
SWEET DREAMS little ones. : )
Just a quick update. Our family had a very Merry Christmas, as the twins were able to come home on Christmas Eve. The twin-to-twin transfusion did occur after all, at the end, so the girls ended up being taken even earlier than expected. They spent 10 days in NICU. Little Kate weighed only 3lbs. 12oz. and little Nora, 5 lbs. 14oz. They went through a lot in those 10 days, but we feel so blessed by all the miraculous progress that was made in such a short time.
More pictures next time. I hope you all had a joyous Christmas with family and loved ones.

Merry Christmas to all! I thought I'd throw these pics onto my blog and let you know that my daughter made it to December and is scheduled for a C-section this Saturday. I'll be back next time with photos of the identical little girls. : )
I did my snowflakes again this year. Plus, added wings to my Santos figurine (just for Christmas).
My daughter, Sara, made this fun collage from the photos she took over here the other day. : )
I'm hoping to get to my "Candyland" half-tree on the landing again this year.
If you'd like to see my Christmas decorating from years past (above photo)...go to my "labels" on the right side of the blog and click on "Christmas Decorating".
Have a Merry Christmas!
First, a heartfelt thank you to all the well wishes expressed in my last
Post regarding my recent marriage. I could feel your genuine happiness
for me and it meant a great deal. I know I've been so out of touch in
the blogging community for the last few months. After my daughter's
twins are born (Hopefully in December rather than November), and we get
through the holidays with all the big changes in our lives, I'll become more consistent again.
Below: a few of the things I put out this year... Enjoy! : )
And last, but not least ... my cutest Halloween decoration by far this year...Mr. HoW (House of Whimsy)! : )
I Hope you're all doing well. Again, thank you!
