Your paperdolls are adorable. I used to love playing with Betsy McCall when I was little. I wish I had kept some of them. I think the saying should say Now that I'm old I do all kinds of goofy stuff. Or something like that...Mimi
Cute! If you want to try your hand at doing this digitaly, you can get a free kit for National Scrapbooking Day at: http://digitalscrapbookpages.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7039
Very cute paper-dolls. I have that same stamp..."You're Never to Old to do Goofy Stuff." I thought it was so funny, and TRUE!
Your daughters room is lovely. She must love being in her room.
Have a great day.
Sandra
Those are sooooo CUTE!!! You still don't want to open an Etsy shop huh???? Be sure to let me know if you ever do cause you know I will be the first in line!!!!♥
I ALWAYS love the cute things you make and show....TOO CUTE!!!!
Now isn't that just too fun. I still want to make the fairy ones like you made before but I just can't get around to it. Too many ideas floating around it my head and you have just added another one!! What's a Grams to do? I love goofy stuff! Janis
I wish you and I lived closer...two gals with a love for paper....I use to LOVE to cut out paper dolls...I think that is when my fascination with paper started. cherry
Those are so cute and so unique! I love the name of her blog, and the quote by Ward. :) Have a great Sunday!
Basic black and white with a spot of color....love your paper doll. I loved paper dolls when I was younger, too. I was named for my sister's favorite paper doll, Joyce. I have been on a quest to find the set (now an antique-haha!)she came from. I loved Leave it to Beaver, too.....the quote made me howl!
I have literally spent about 45 minutes on your blog over the last two days soaking it all in. It has been too long, and it is like candy for the eye and soul. It puts such a smile on my face!!!
Cute! And I agree with the quote - doing goofy stuff is what keeps you young!
This is really fun! Kelly
Thank you so very much for the link! I love the idea of making the states where your parents were born. I have to order these! I am so happy you enjoyed the tour. It was long, but oh my goodness, it was as though the inhabitants had just stepped away for the day and I was "peeking" in their drawers! This was such a personal museum, I loved every shabby inch of it! Elizabeth
