Header Fun

First things first...I didn't make this adorable little girl below. I purchased her from this charming Etsy shop: http://RememberMeEmily.Etsy.com/ . I also went over and told the artist what I was doing here. I hope she won't mind that I changed her up a bit for the 4th of July.
Sara wants me to change her back after the 4th, because she likes her better in the original outfit. Emily's work is meticulous and beautiful!

We're you wondering if I was going to change my Header for the Summer? I stayed up till all hours last night playing. Too fun!

I have been collecting Williraye figurines for years. Notice my new addition from Cari Kraft below, being held by my tall Santos figurine? I've had my eyes on this since I saw it in her Etsy Shop last Summer. Now I'm the proud owner of one of her pieces.

Well look-ie here!!! Jack decided to come to my house and join Jill. Since my oldest daughter gave me Jill for Mother's Day, I decided to spend my first earnings from my Shop, for Jack. Just doin' my part to feed the economy. : )
I think I'm in love! I added the little Americana pinwheels just for the Holiday.

Good News! I will be adding some fun new items to my Shop soon. I was busy last week with two special orders (thanks girls). Can't wait to get in my Studio and start causing mischief, of the good sort. ;-)

As usual, very very cute. You inspire me. Maybe I will put my stuff up this week. I've been too busy working on my old motor home. My husband gets home from Iraq next week for a two week visit so I really need to quit playing and start cleaning. Love Ya

On my blog roll, after your blog name, my note says a visit to your blog to see the header is worth the trip! It is obvious that you derive a lot of joy from arranging your treasured pieces. Where ever this is displayed in your home, how could anyone not smile when they pass it by? I have finally gotten my computer rearranged and working since the crash. Now I must get busy and do a new post....I'm afraid I'll lose all of my friends! Thanks for sharing your creative genious with your readers! Can't wait to see the new things you're working on.

Your 4th decorations are great. I got some paper today and may fix me a little garland for the 4th. I don't even have any decorations except a couple of flags. I better get to work or the 4th will have come and gone. Jackie

Great summer display - you are still inspiring with this great patriotic mantle, even five years later.

Just came across your blog tonight through Pinterest. I came over to pin your Old Glory mantel on my Patriotic Inspiration board. Happy to find you and am now following along. Your Williraye figures are adorable. I've collected Uncle Sam and Lady Liberty figures for many years, but I don't have any of the Williraye figures. I'll have to look for some. Thanks for sharing your patriotic display.
