- Actually about that PHOTO! Sara was taking candid photos one night while the whole Fam was at Chick-fil-A. I decided to use it because it made me look younger. When my married daughter ,Emily, saw it she said ever so sweetly (really), "Ah Mom, you're not wearing any make-up in that photo." I said, "Yeah, but it makes me look younger than I am." I chose younger with no make-up as opposed to older (with) make-up. Go figure.

As soon as I saw the title of your post on my sidebar's blog list, I had to click over. I'm a big lover of "paper" . . . all kinds of paper . . . anything made with paper . . . and that card is ADORABLE. I can see why you had fun making it! Thanks for sharing {hmmm, shame it's not my b'day! hehe}

So cute! Did you hand write the part that says "'Who's' having a birthday?"? Because it looks SO much like my dad's handwriting! And I thought since you are siblings that you could have similar handwriting.

Looks like you are having great fun re-discovering you paper crafting. I think sometime putting things aside (or having to-in the case of the wedding)makes you even more creative. There is a little fire burning that quickly ignites when given the chance.
